HARBOUR VIEW WEDDING, VALLETTA
If you want a ceremony with an historic backdrop, then this is the venue for you. I met this bride through a mummys watsapp group after she contacted me to help plan her wedding. The couple had already decided on this location with the arched terrace having outstanding views over the breakwater and the Grand Harbour. I will now recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding with historic views / gardens.
The beautiful floral arch and the gold chairs worked perfectly for the colour scheme of white, cream and green with some gold touches.
I very much enjoyed planning this intimate wedding of just 17 guests who travelled from both the UK and Italy. Becoming Mr and Mrs at this harbour view wedding venue was such a beautiful experience to witness. Following the ceremony the party enjoyed canapes and prosecco on the terrace whilst having their photos.
They were then collected by a Maltese Retro bus which transported them all to the old Capital of Malta, the Silent City – Mdina. Here the guests went for a refreshing drink whilst the bride and groom enjoyed their own time having their couple photo shoot. Mdina is such an amazing location for photos with the picturesque ancient narrow cobbled streets.
The group then had a private dining area booked at Townhouse No3 restaurant in Rabat. The bride had envisaged rustic style greenery on the tables and romantic lightine. The dining area looked absolutely stunning and the polaroids hanging of the couples memories together.
It was a pleasure to help plan this lovely couple’s wedding and a special thanks to all the suppliers who made it possible.
