SUNSET SEAVIEW WEDDING
This 4 star hotel based in St Paul’s Bay, Malta has an impressive terrace set directly on the seafront. Becky and Mark had already booked this wedding location when they contacted me to help with the planning. On their wedding day it was extremely windy and the ceremony had to be relocated to the Plan B option – but the Plan B option was absolutely stunning, set up beside the infinity pool and still with the amazing seaview – a Plan A location really!
They had an early evening ceremony, which in August, is ideal to avoid the intense heat, and it also meant that the sun was setting whilst they said I do and during the photos – absolutely beautiful. I knew Becky and Mark before planning their wedding and also a lot of the guests who were present. They are very family orientated and it was beautiful how you could sense that during the wedding and the family photos, taken whilst the sun was setting, with the hexangular floral arch as the backdrop against the sea.
Guests were then served drinks and canapes whilst enjoying the views and having a dance to the DJ. There was lots of fun and laughter during the reception with it being a lively group.
We had a surprise later on and gathered guests outside for the fire dancing show followed by fireworks. It was an amazing extra to the already fun party.
I wish Becky and Mark all the best in their future together and would like to thank the suppliers for their help with their special day.
